Although I ended up having to miss the summit (attending SOSP created an impossible conflict), Jonathan Smith and Chase Cotton and I are talking about some ideas.

Colleagues, as you start planning your teams, may I suggest including experts in privacy by design? (That's not me!) A very good place to find experts who are both technically and policy savvy is SOUPS: http://cups.cs.cmu.edu/soups/2010/organization.htm
